Frequently Asked Questions.
Clear answers on hardware ownership, U.S. data center operations, managed AI devices, AI compute demand, and what to understand before owning AI infrastructure with Golden Core Mining.
Golden Core is a managed hardware service, not an investment company, fund, or security. Operational benefits depend on utilization, uptime, AI compute demand, operating costs, provider availability, hardware lifecycle, and market conditions, and are never guaranteed.

Golden Core Mining is a United States AI infrastructure ownership and management company. Customers own physical NVIDIA-powered AI hardware, and Golden Core Mining handles sourcing, deployment, hosting, cooling, connectivity, 24/7 monitoring, maintenance coordination, and AI provider access inside professional U.S. data centers. See what AI infrastructure ownership is.
Customers own a real, physical NVIDIA-powered AI server registered in their name. It is a tangible machine, not a token, share, fund unit, or derivative. See ownership details.
All customer hardware is deployed inside professional United States data center facilities with industrial-grade cooling, high-bandwidth connectivity, redundant power, physical security, and 24/7 monitoring. Your machine sits on American soil and is operated by an American team.
Ownership is documented through a hardware purchase agreement and an ongoing managed-operations agreement issued during onboarding. The customer is recorded as the legal owner of the physical hardware.
The owned NVIDIA hardware is connected to AI compute provider networks so it can support AI compute demand, such as AI model training and inference. When the machine supports active workloads, it can produce operational benefits, which Golden Core Mining reports to the owner monthly after operating costs and the fixed monthly management fee. See managed GPU hosting. Benefits are not guaranteed.
The fixed monthly management fee covers professional U.S. data center hosting, industrial cooling, high-bandwidth internet connectivity, 24/7 monitoring, maintenance support, AI provider network access, and ongoing operational optimization. See managed AI devices.
AI compute demand cycles up and down. During slower periods, operational benefits can decrease. The customer still owns the physical machine, and the hardware can be redeployed across other supported AI workloads such as inference, research, rendering, or enterprise AI when demand returns.
Monitoring and maintenance support are included in every managed-operations agreement. Golden Core Mining handles diagnostics, on-site coordination, and relationships with hardware vendors and AI providers. Specific repair, replacement, and warranty terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Yes. The hardware belongs to the customer. Resale, transfer, and decommissioning paths are coordinated with Golden Core Mining so the machine can be cleanly removed from managed operations. Resale value depends on hardware generation, condition, and market demand.
No. Operational benefits from GPU infrastructure vary with utilization, AI compute demand, provider availability, uptime, hardware performance, electricity costs, maintenance costs, hardware lifecycle, and operating expenses. Golden Core Mining does not guarantee any operational benefit, utilization, or resale value. See the full risk disclosure.
Customers receive periodic operational reports on hardware status and managed activity. Exact reporting cadence and format are confirmed during onboarding.
Yes. Many customers start with the Ignition device and add more hardware over time. Each new device is sourced, deployed, and managed under the same operational model, so growing AI compute ownership is straightforward.
Cloud GPU rental is paying another company for short-term access to their hardware. Golden Core Mining is the opposite: customers own the physical machine, and Golden Core Mining runs the operational layer so the hardware can serve real AI compute demand. Read the full comparison.
ASIC Bitcoin miners are application-specific chips locked to one hash function and one blockchain. NVIDIA GPU AI hardware is general-purpose: the same machine can run AI model training, AI inference, scientific research, rendering, and enterprise AI. Read the full comparison.
No. Golden Core Mining is an infrastructure operator, not an investment company, broker, financial adviser, or securities provider. The product is real, physical NVIDIA AI hardware that the customer owns and that Golden Core Mining runs on their behalf.
